雇佣合同和劳动法规

建议初步拟好雇佣合同后，交律师审阅修改。

根据加拿大安大略省现行劳动法规（2019年），请雇主参照以下信息：
工作时间：每天一般最多八小时，超过八小时需要有雇主和雇员的书面协议；雇员每周最多工作48小时，超过48小时需要有雇主和雇员的书面协议。超过40小时部分需要按照1.5倍付工资。雇员每次上班如果不够三小时，按照三小时付工资。
最低工资：14.25 元/ 小时（Ontario）。
带薪公共假期：在法定公共假期，雇员应该休息，雇主同样支付工资。
带薪年假：工龄小于五年，每年有两周带薪年假。
代扣代缴雇员所得税：加拿大税法规定，雇主要代扣代缴雇员的个人所得税，详细步骤请咨询会计师。
工伤和意外保险：建议雇主为员工提供WSIB上意外保险，否则发生意外，雇主有赔偿责任。
工作环境：雇主需保证员工的工作环境是安全的，严禁歧视和欺凌。
保留出勤记录：劳动法规定雇主需保留雇员的出勤记录，包括上下班时间，工作日期，休假日期等。
